Jacob van Hulsdonck (Dutch, 1582 – 1647) finished this incredible still life, Roses in a Glass Vase, circa 1640 – 1645. This artwork is painted in oil on copper and panel, and measures 35 cm high by 28.4 cm wide. The Friends of the Mauritshuis, The Hague, Netherlands, acquired this master work for the museum in 2016.
