Emilie Preyer (German, 1849 – 1930) completed this beautiful oil on fabric painting in 1873. Unframed, it measures h 35 x w 46.5 cm (h 13 3/4 x w 18 1/4 in) and it is held by The Cleveland Museum of Art, although it is currently not on view.
